PPGI Colour Coil & Sheet
Pre-painted galvanised coil — PPGI — is galvanised steel with a baked paint system on top. It goes onto roofs, walls, shutters and panel lines where the colour has to last without site painting.

Ask for the paint thickness in microns, not just the colour. A thin top coat on a coastal roof chalks and fades within a couple of seasons, and repainting a roof costs more than the sheet did.
Colour matching across two deliveries is only reliable within the same batch. If the job is phased, tell us up front and we will hold the balance from the same coil.

There is no formal minimum. We sell single lengths and full trailers, though the rate improves with tonnage and freight makes very small out-of-city orders expensive.
