Coating weight is the number that decides how long a roof lasts near the sea. Z80 is light-duty; for anything coastal or permanent, go to Z180 or Z275. The gauge and the coating are two separate decisions.
Corrugated sheet is sold by the sheet in most of the market but priced off weight. Give us the length and the number of sheets and we will quote both ways so you can compare properly.

There is no formal minimum. We sell single lengths and full trailers, though the rate improves with tonnage and freight makes very small out-of-city orders expensive.
