Plate is priced by weight, so thickness drives cost far more than area. An 8×4 ft sheet at 10 mm is 233 kg on its own — check the weight table before committing to a section.
Hot rolled carries mill scale and is meant for work that will be painted or clad. If the surface will be seen, ask for cold rolled instead.

Most sizes on this page are held. Where something is not, we source it from the mill or the market and tell you the day it lands rather than promising same-day and going quiet.
There is no formal minimum. We sell single lengths and full trailers, though the rate improves with tonnage and freight makes very small out-of-city orders expensive.
Yes, on most sections. Send the cutting list with the enquiry and the cut lengths are quoted with the material rather than added as a surprise afterwards.
