Coating weight is what decides the life of a roof near the sea. Z80 is light duty. For anything coastal or permanent, go to Z180 or Z275 — gauge and coating are two separate decisions and people often confuse them.
Sheets are sold per piece in the market but priced off weight. Give us the length and the number of sheets and we will quote both ways so you can compare like for like.

There is no formal minimum. We sell single lengths and full trailers, though the rate improves with tonnage and freight makes very small out-of-city orders expensive.
